I had that happen with all of my pregnancies. As you begin to progress in labor, your cervix moves forward and is more reachable. With my last child I was 5 centimeters dialated but the nurse could not get to my cervix. Your cervix will move forward very rapidly. Relax, you're almost there. Good luck on a safe delivery!
