Have you mentioned this to your doctor? Being that you had back problems before pregnancy, it is more likely to worsen now. I have had terrible back pain during the first trimester of my pregnancies. It goes away in a before the second trimester and comes back in the third. You may be different though. You can also ask to be seen by a physical therapist who may be able to help you.
