On 4/25 had an HCG test done (13 dpo) and it was 43

Then on 4/28 had another HCG test done (16 dpo) and it was 172

Should I be concerned with this much of an increase? It appears from the charts to be in the right range, I just can't find my out about why the numbers would increase so much in such a short time.

Anyone know?
