I would just keep doing what you are already doing. Eating well... The weight will catch up to you as it should in pregnancy. I am extremely small. I weighed 95lbs before conceiving my 1st child and 98 before conceiving my 2nd. Both times I didn't put on any real weight until I was about 15 weeks or so. Definitely talk to your doctor about this but it sounds to me that you are doing the right thing.
