I'm not a doctor but I have read that after delivery (vaginal or c-section), it takes a while for your body to become regular again. Chalk it up to hormones of course. I would suggest that you wait it out, your period will come. And if you don't want to have another baby right away, use protection! You could be ovulating even though you don't have your period.
