This is my second preg also and I found myself having to unbutton my jeans at only 7 weeks. I am currently 22 weeks and have gained 20 lbs so far. My doc isn't worried and I can't see that its gone anywere except to the baby. If your doc isn't worried I wouldn't be either. Good luck on your preg.
