Exposure to strep throat during pregnancy

I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. Last week I babysat for 36 hours my niece and nephew who were exposed a couple days beforehand to strep throat. My niece came down with strep throat today. Should I be concerned about that this will affect my baby? Unfortunately, my ob/gyn is currently doing a medical liability walkout until next Monday and can only be reached in emergencies. Since I do not have symptoms of strep throat, I'm not really an emergency.

Thanks!
