Dear Taylor,

Not a doctor, just my 2 cents. Is there any way you are 8, not 4, weeks pregnant? Was your period really short/light last month? Just something to consider. In the meantime, let's go through your symptoms one at a time:

Abdominal distention: could be from your intestine bloating, not your uterus. Have you gained weight already?

Enlarged breasts/areolas, apparent veins in breasts and belly: I think this could be normal for 4 weeks

Montgomery and Chadwick signs: don't know

New stretch marks: those go with abdominal distention, right?

Nausea, fatigue, frequent urination, acne, flushed cheeks - I had those at 4 weeks, and it's my first pregnancy.

If you are gaining weight so soon, you may want to look at your diet critically. The other things appear normal.

Best wishes,
