Ummm...people who have hysterectomies can no longer have children because they no longer have a uterus... But, young girls can get pregnant before their first period. You could get pregnant, because you most likely will eventually ovulate before a period, and if the sperm meets the egg, and all else goes well, you could conceive. It may be helpful for you to learn about cervical mucus, or basal body temp to try to determine when, if at all you ovulate. Best of luck!
