Re: Age 47 - Artificial Insemination - possible delivery? a friendly noteFrom: Alex (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 28 Apr 2003 13:33:13 -0500 (CDT)
I'm sorry so many people have been rude to you. I have different friends that had babies in their late forties. In november a friend had baby and she is 48. These weren't first time babies, but they all did it and everything was fine. Perhaps you could look in to finding a doctor or midwife that is more interested in a vaginal birth for you. (Of course, you got to get pregnant.) I know some herbs that have helped people a lot-- i800 herb doc is the number for the American Botanical pharmacy. The best herbs available as far as i know. They have formulae for women to help regulate hormones and all that. I hope some of this helps!
