I agree with Christy. Do not sit in water after plug is gone. You are also not supposed to have sex and do anything that introduces something into the vagina. Unless directed by your doc of course. Also the more you eat the longer it could take your bowels to empty. I had to sit on the toilet for 20 mins after they gave me the enima. Since they put the IV in first I had to sit on it with it in. You can't shut the door all the way and the pole wouldn't fit in the bathroom. Good luck
