I went through something similar, only a little later. I felt constant movemement around week 23, and then the following week I went a few days without feeling anything. From what I've read the movemement is usually sporadic up until week 28. BUT I would definintely call my doctor. Nothing beats peace of mind...especially when you are pregnant :)

One last thing...a little trick I've read about to feel movemement is to drink some orange juice and then lay down on your side. That sometimes works for me.
