YOu'll have to scroll through the first few comments because they are oddly confusing, but the others I found rather informative. I remember my sister-in-law had this with her 3rd (who is now a perfect 8 month old), and although they tested her blood monthly, everything was fine, her titer never rose. But I do remember them talking about possibility of intrauterin blood transfusion if necessary.
