Hi, Someone recently posted about fees for interviewing a pediatrician, which made me realize that I am not sure when is the appropriate time during pregnancy to ask to meet with a pediatrician. I am not due until September, so I realize that now is too early, but I am not sure when to start. My OB suggested that I meet with his children's pediatrician. He sounds great and I trust my OB, but I definitely want to meet him first. My husband will be changing jobs in June, so it will be harder for him to meet the pediatrician. Would June be too early? My husband says that he trusts my judgement, but I know that he would also like to meet the pediatrician. I also do not have any friends in the nearby area who have children. Thank you for your suggestions.
