2nd IVF... just had my first BETA it was Positive... but

I have had no symptoms of pregnancy. This is my second IVF, the first one I had in January did produce morning sickness and my breast were tender. I was on meds originally back in November, but came down with OHSS and had to postpone the transfer until January, then received a positive first beta then a my numbers dropped by the seond beta 2 days later.

Now with this IVF no delays, different protocol of meds ( a lot lower ) and I have had no symptoms.

Stranger thing is I had what appreared to be 2 seperate cycles in one month, I started early on the 24th of Febuary and bleed for only 1 1/2 days then started again March 7th that cycle lasted 3 days.

I advised my doctor who instructed me that the first was possibly just a light shedding but to continue with the meds.

Now i'm afraid that maybe my blood work is wrong, and that I'm not pregnant. I have had a "pulling" sensation on my lower left ab that stretches almost all the way to to lower middle part of my ab for several days now and on day 9 ( after my transfer ) I spotted lightly ( could this have been implantation?) I did not recall spotting with the first IVF

My fear is that the lack of symptoms means no pregnancy, especially since after the first round of IVF I did expereince some symptoms.

Any possible conclusions or suggestions are greatly welcomed.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read my post.
