I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been having trouble with zofran withdrawal. I have been taking it for about 5 months, 8 mg 3 times a day. I have recently began to taper down from this dose. About a week after starting to taper I noticed increased palpitaions, pvc's and anxiety. It got to the point where it is almost constant now, pvc's every other beat all day long. I have seen a cardiologist who say's there is nothing wrong with my heart. My OB has done very test possible to see if it could be anything else. Everything has turned up fine. I know some pregnant women get pvc's, but this many is not normal during pregnancy. My question is have you heard of this issue when trying to taper off of zofran before? My card. says it is possible since it works very similar to an SSRI. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lisa
