I am pregnant with twins and am 8 weeks. last pregannacy, I was admitted at 32wk and dlevered at 35wk but do not know if it was due to incmpetnet cervix (not due to infection though).

Should I go for prphylactic circlage? Waht are the risks? or bedrest would do? Any good resources. I was not able to find anything specific in previous postings.
