Wait a week, take another pregnancy test if your period does not arrive.

If the test is negative, you can be certain at that point that you are not pregnant and probably had an antiovulatory cycle, something you can confirm through your doctor.

If you obtain a positive at that point, go see your doctor. I

f you obtain unclear results (test turns positive eventually, etc), go see your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.
