I have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APS) and recently gave birth at 24weeks. the baby was only 9.8oz and 9in long. he lived 19 days before passing on. he was delivered by c-section and was so little due to complications of the disease process to do wth negative cord flow and decreased amnt of fluid prior to delivery. I took low molecular wieght heprin throughout the pregnancy.

My question is this... What are my chances of being able to get pregnant again and carry further before having complications or since i have already had problems am i more likely to have the same complications? Rachel
