I had almost the same thing! Mine was 40,000 at 5 weeks 3 days, and only the gestational sack was visible. 2 days later, they could see the gestational sack and the yolk sack only, but my Hcg was 80,000. I was totally freaked out! A week later, they saw the heartbeat, and now, at 13 weeks, everything looks totally normal. Oh, and I was sick as a dog, but once the Hcg leveled out, I got a little better feeling, still sick somewhat though. My thoughts are with you, best wishes.
