Thank you, Katya. I did end up going to the ER because my midwife was not responding to my calls (she finally did today, 4 days after the fact). I was given 2 liters of fluids intravenously, due to ketones in my urine. My B/P went back up, and they were unable to find cause for the headache other than "pregnancy hormones". I still have it, but it is mild, so fluids must have helped.

I am working on keeping well-hydrated! I also "fired" my midwife and have gone back to my OB/GYN. I don't think this would have happened had I had better care in the first place...
