Hello I am not a Dr. , but I am 21 weeks with my third child. I know you must be freaking out right now. I have been on bedrest since 12 weeks for various complications. When I started bleeding I stayed in bed, did not lift, exercise, clean, cook etc. I put my feet up and took it easy. A lot of women have some bleeding and go on to have normal pregnancies. If you are cramping also make sure you tell your Dr. tomorrow. I hope all goes well for you. Vanessa
