K., I'm sorry about your miscarriage. I had one Feb. 3 (I had a D&C since I was 12 weeks). I also had been having pain during intercourse since my miscarriage and was spotting one week after my period ended. It turns out I have a cervical infection and the blood was coming from my cervix. I'm on antibiotics (pills and vaginal cream) and the spotting has stopped now that I'm one week into treatment. Maybe yours is just inflammation. Either way, your doc will be able to advise you. Good luck and hope you're feeling better soon.
