Fetal hiccups are normal, however (and not to alarm you or anyone) please keep in mind that there are studies that show that too many bouts of hiccups towards the last weeks of pregnancy could be a sign of cord compression. Again, MOST TIMES it's normal, but just be aware - I wish someone had shared it with me. I'm also 29 weeks along in my 2nd pregnancy and I'll be sure to monitor this more closely this time around.
