I don't know about the implantation stuff, but I know my doctor lets me take Tylenol for pain even in early pregnancy. I don't think Motrin or and other ibuprofen though. I know it is important to keep your temp close to normal if you are pg though, so you might want to take the tylenol as a precaution if your temp starts rising. Good luck, and if it is implantation, one of the 4 day early tests might pick it up for you in a couple days. But, they only work that early in like 50% of pregnancies. Oh, and wouldn't it be abnormal in your cycle for you to start your period 8 days after ovulation (I'm assuming you either did temps or OPK to determine the actual date??)?
