37 weeks, no progress

Went to doctor, I am still only a fingertip dilated (no change from last week), and not effaced at all. She can't even feel the head! Is this abnormal? Is there anything I should do to help things along? I don't mind being pregnant, I have a lot to do before the birth anyway, but it's still a little depressing...

By the way, this is my 3rd baby! It seems to me I should be moving ahead of schedule, not way behind!!!
