I delivered a healthy baby 8 weeks ago but experienced some bleeding after delivering the placenta. I was injected at that time with pitocin. I have not limited my diet and eat as much as I feel I need. I am breastfeeing and lost all of my pregnancy weight in the first 6 weeks postpartum. About 2 weeks ago I began feeling dizzy upon standing from a seated or supine position. could this be a sign of postpartum anemia due to the blood loss during delivery.
