Some women's cycles are irregular but it's best to take a home pregnancy test or go to a clinic that offers them for a small fee, or free. Sex will not usually delay a period but being stressed can(and this does not have to be because of something bad. Going on a holiday can delay a period at the right time in the cycle). Good luck! Not a doc.
