Hi all- I have been trying to do some research on my small sac situation and came across this post in the archives. It's amazing how EXACT my situation is to this woman - Patricia. Does anyone know if Patricia went to term? Patricia are you still on these boards? Any info would be greatly appreciated. At Fri, 9 Nov 2001, patricia wrote: >

Hello again. No questions this time. Only sincere thanks to all that have replied to my postings since October. To refresh the memory, I am the one that had questions over the past couple months about my doctor saying that the gestational sac was too small (constantly 1wk behind CRL) and that I am a walking miscarraige. I had taken the advice of my gut instinct and others to see a specialist and get a second opinion before I terminated.(my doctor said to terminate because this pregnancy was doomed) Well, just got back from having a consultation and an US (more indepth than basic US) with an Endocrinologist/Sonograghy/Fetal Medicine, etc.(a very highly recommended specialist in those fields. Come to find out, ALL IS WELL !!!!I am so glad that I did not terminate as my doctor had discussed with me! The specialist was at a loss of words as far as why they said that the the sac was too small other than maybe they did not take into the consideration of my tilted uterus which could make an US look abnormal sometimes. I am 10w/6d-CRL and she said that I was in no iminent danger of miscarriage. Thankyou to all especially the physicians in this forum) that had taken time out to share whatever they could as far as what my concerns were. Thankyou so much.......Patricia, due 6/01/02
