Risk associated with having a saline sonogram during early pregnancy

My gynecologist performed a saline sonogram last week after I told her that I did not think I was pregnant. I have had some difficulty conceiving and she wanted to see if there were any structural abnormalities (I previously needed a myomectomy). Well, it turns out that I am pregnant and was about three weeks pregnant (counting from my last normal period) at the time of the saline sonogram. I've had no cramping or other complications, but I am now very nervous and worried that I've placed the baby at risk. Please advise.
