It is your right to speak to an attorney . Suing a doctor (and even if you win) won't put him out of a job, and I didn't mean to imply it did. The details you previously provided didn't tell the whole story, so this is something you will have to discuss with the attorney and his expert medical witness. Whatever happens, remember you are a worthy person.
