breastfeeding while taking zoloft?

My baby is about 10 weeks old. This is my second child...I had PPD after my first, but didn't seek help until she was nearly 2. I began taking zoloft and did so for about 6 months. It really helped. I am beginning to show signs of PPD again and my ob prescribed zoloft for me. I am exclusively breastfeeding and am aware that most say zoloft is ok while doing so. I'm curious to know if there is a need to "pump and dump" or a period I should avoid nursing so the baby doesn't get exposed. Any information you have is appreciated. I am very concerned that in the future it will be discovered that breastfeeding on zoloft causes some problem or another. I've even considered weaning and formula feeding instead. I just don't know what the best answer is. Both my baby and I enjoy the nursing experience. But is that enough if there is a risk involved via exposure to the drug? Thanks in advance for any information.
