I've never been in your position, but my mother experienced something similar shortly after I was born. The doctor I guess didn't expell all of the placental tissue, and a couple of weeks later, she was hemorraging very badly and required a D&C to clear out the remainder of the placenta. If there is something in the uterus, per your ultrasound, I would request a D&C. The symptoms you are experiencing also sound similar to what my mother described to me. She was tired all the time, dizzy, black spots... The docs at the time (1979) told her she was just getting used to being a new mom - that wasn't the case. Be more aggressive. I'm sorry for your loss. That is truly heartbreaking. My loss was at 9 weeks, I can't even imagine the pain that you feel.
