I posted earlier in the month about positive hpt's and then hcg blood quant of 11, the following week it was zero, that day I hemoragged and was in the ER. hemoragging lasted for 3 hours, then stopped. no D&C necessary, doctors didn't consider new pregnancy since hcg was 0, which makes sense to me. If I was hemoragging due to a loss of a new pregnancy, wouldn't my levels have been something to indicated retained placenta or something? 1 week and 1 day after first hemoragge incident, hemoragged again, 2.5 hours in the ER, bleeding stops after Er doc pulls a horrendous amount of clots out of me, gushing blood, not a heavy period. Both incidents of hemoragging were severe flowing like a faucet on high blood pouring out of me. Suffered 18-week loss on January 13, no AF since except for hemoragging incidents and spotting continuously since loss, maybe a day or two of no spotting. My hemoglobin is down to 8.1 as of Friday, doctor has prescribed birth control pills and iron. ultrasound last friday indicates something in the uterous, piece of something; still spotting and scared to death of hemoragging incident again. Should I be demanding a D&C. I'm an hour from the nearest real hospital and i'm really fearful of this happening again. Also, my head rings, black spots in my eyes, so tired due to loss of blood I presume. Any ideas? Thanks In advance.
