I had my 1st u/s yesterday at 6w3d LMP,(although I am fairly sure of my ovulation date being CD17, so I am guess ing it was more like 6w0d.) We saw a very thick lining and the gestational sac at the very top center of the uterus. My doctor seemed very pleased with what she saw, and even said everything looked "perfect", but I'm wondering if we shouldn't have seen more by this time, ie. yolk sac & fetal pole? I see alot of posts from women saying they have seen a heartbeat already at this stage. I am scheduled for another u/s in 2 weeks.
