Thinning Cervix at 32 weeks

I had an ultrasound at 25 wks and the technician thought my cervix was thinning (it was 3 cm). My midwife checked me at 30 wks she said I was just a little thin. Now at 32 wks my cervix is only 1.5cm. I feel lots of pressure and sometimes burning where the baby's head is. I also frequently feel as if the baby is going to fall out. Should I be on bed rest or be prescribed something to stop PTL? What are some of the drugs they might prescribe me?
