Elena,

Yes this is possible. I am currently going through this right now. I have a 5 month old baby. I have been to the doctor because the hair loss was so extreme. She tested my thyroid to rule out any problem there, but nothing was wrong. It is just the hormones. This has been going on with me for about a month. I wish you luck and congrats on the new baby!
