Wow, our baby girl was still born on March 29th 2002, and I'm scheduled for a c-section on March 28th with this pregnancy - also a girl - C-section because she is breech and they don't want to turn her. There is lot's and lot's of information about protein S defiency at http://www.protein.org.uk. It looks like there are other people out there who have experienced stillbirth with non-daignosed protein s defiency. I'm not sure what my levels are but I know post partum I will have 40mg of Lovenox shots twice per day, because after birth you are more susceptible to clotting anyway. Then a haemotologist will assess me for treatment when not pregnant. Let me know who your pregnancy goes, I wish you all the best, feel free to email me at home harrington14@attbi.com, if you'd like to correspond outside of this forum I'd love to know how everything goes, I know everything will be just fine. Are they going to deliver you early this time? What's fragmin, is it a form of heparin? and Yes I am - we have a MISS chapter in Seattle.

Good luck!
