Louisa,

Im hopeing to encourage you.

First I have been through 9 pregnancies and I aam on #10 now.

I have had 5 success and four losses.

and all four losses were in the 4th and 5th months. From expierience when your just a discoloration or small spotting (brownish like what you said) I wouldn't worry and become parinoid as I was told this is a old blood.

I had this same blood in my 9th pregnancy(she will be 1 year old this sat.)I went to the bathroom had a streak of bright red blood followed by brownish blood.went directly to the hospital, thank God heart was still there and blood stopped.

Again to encourage you for the positive, but you should stay off your feet, dont lift and call your doc.

Good luck!
