I have an amnio scheduled for tomorrow after the discovery of 2 EIF in the left ventricle. I am 25 1/2 weeks and therefore cannot terminate regardless but have very high anxiety levels. I have read that because there are two foci, I have a much greater risk of aneploidy. There are no other markers and quad screen was negative. Do you think my risk is high enough to warrant the amnio and would you recommend it to a patient in my position? Thank you in advance.
