I know I am very paranoid at this point, but I am very nervous about feeling lower back pain and being INCREDIBLY constipated at only 5w1d, (although I suspect I am more like 4w5d.) Until today it had been 3 days since I had a BM. After having a BM today my lower back pain seems to have subsided somewhat, although I still have a dull ache. I am just wondering if this is normal so early on? I remember being painfully constipated with my ectopic, but that was after 7 weeks and immediately following treatment with methotrexate. As stated in a previous post I have had 2 losses in 11 months, 1 ectopic, 1 m/c. My 1st beta @ what we thought was 16dpo was only 31, but the second on 18dpo was 107. Progesterone was 27.1. Any and all responses are greatly appreciated.
