Ultrasound picture, kind of silly question, I apologise

Sorry to ask this but it seems a good place and was first when searching the net. There has been a discussion about an ultrasound picture which is supposed to show a boy in the first trimester in a TV series. Discussion is what exactly is on this picture and if that is really a human baby or in other words how accurate did the producers work.
