Before I became pregnant I had the same question. I asked my obgyn and he suggested to try not to use advair while actively trying to become pregnant or in the 1st trimester.My dr does not like his patient to use any medications during pregnancy. My ashma and allergist says that it is perfecly safe to take while pregnant.You must decide for yourself or talk with your dr. I am now 21 weeks pregnant and have just began using my advair again. i have also used an albuteral fast acting inhaler my whole pregnany and have have no probelms. Please remember I am not dr but just letting you know how my dr feels about it. wish you the best ~ sarah
