Re: Ladies - morning sicknessFrom: marcia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 10 Mar 2003 10:40:06 -0600 (CST)
Try gingersnaps. A friend told me about them and they really helped. For 3 months I mostly ate peanutbutter on toast, soymilk, canned peaches, oranges and gingersnaps. It got to the point though that my protein levels were down and my doctor told me to drink milkshakes. I couldn't even stand them which is unheard of in my dietary history. I couldn't stant the smell of most foods. When my husband cooked and ate, I went to the bedroom and shut the door. I wish you happiness and a healthy baby. Good luck!
