I have never heard of nausea in relation to gender. My first pregnancy, a boy, I was very ill for most of the day. I thought just like you how will I care for the next one if I feel like this? When my son was 1 I was pregnant with my daughter and I was only sick occasionally. What a relief!! I think it depends on the person, my girlfriend had 3 girls and never puked once. Yes, I know, not fair. Before you know it all the sickness will be a memory and the result is SO REWARDING!! Keep your chin up and I hope you start feeling better very soon! Trish
