I am 7 weeks pregnant with twins(via in vitro). Last week I had nausea on and off but nothing too severe. This week it seems to have gone away, I'm just tired all the time. I've heard that morning sickness tends to be worse with multiples. Should I be concerned that I don't have it or could this be normal? Thanks.
