A sensitive flouroimmuno-assay for HCG can detect 1 mIU and it is normal to find some traces for HCG without being pregnant, for these tests a level more than 9 mIu is required to indicate pregnancy. there is no possibility that you are pregnant with this level and you are ready to get pregnant, there is no need to monitor HCG anymore
