I am not a doctor but I have read that you feel the baby move at your half way point. Normally around 20 weeks. I have also read that you can lay on your left side quietly that you can feel the baby move. Or if you drink some apple juice that can stir up some movement. But one thing I can tell you is that when you do feel the baby move you will know 100% that it is the baby. For me I was about 18 1/2 weeks and I was in a sitting position, and he kicked me. Three times, it was great! I am sure you will feel the baby soon, good luck!
