Worried about Miscarriage

I am 13 weeks pregnant and have had a missed miscarriage 4 years ago at 12 weeks. While I am happy to have made it passed the 12 week mark, I am still quite worried about miscarriage. I have had 2 ultrasounds, 1 at 7 weeks which confirmed the hearbeat at 148 bpm and then 1 at 11 weeks where the Dr. saw the heartbeat but I could not. I know that the chance of miscarriage drops to about 3% once the heartbeat has been confirmed but I am concerned. I know my first mistake is reading everything on pregnancy. But I have been reading that by 13 weeks, the uterus is too big for the pelvic cavity and now should move to the front of the abdomen. I would think that I would be able to feel my uterus low in my abdomen but I cannot. I have gained 3-4 lbs and can still wear my own clothes. I am overweight (235) but most of it is fat on my stomach but no low. I have been obsessing over this to the point that I become depressed and irritable and can cry at the drop of a hat. Most of my symptoms have gone away but I know that is normal in the 12th or 13th week of pregnancy. I will be 14 weeks on Thursday and will not have my next OB appt until the 13th. Is it normal not to have any physical symptoms yet, like showing or feeling the uterus externally?

Thanks.
