hi - I am 38 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden I am EXTEMELEY exhausted and don't want to do anything. When I get up I want to lay down a minute later. I have been tired throughout the pregnancy but this is much more. My iron was checked over a month ago and found to be fine but borderline so I take my prenantal vitamin and an iron supplement. Is this just the end of pregnancy feelings? I have to work one more week - I teach - this past Friday was really tough and I am worried about making it through the week. I feel lightheaded and foggy. Is this common?
